         <description><![CDATA[<p>NAFTA is the North American Free Trade Agreement, which consists on the free commerce between the countries involved, expanding it and at the same time, evaluating the dangers to the environment, but there are some restrictions that makes it to be not enough.</p><p>Mexico can export their products in a cheaper way to produce more money creating an equity, but the disparity in this is that when the other countries sells to us our processed products, it is more expensive that how it was begore, creating an unbalance.</p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p><b>1.&nbsp; </b><span style="font-size: 13px;">The North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) is a comprehensive trade agreement </span><span style="font-size: 13px;">that sets the rules of trade and investment between Canada, the United States, </span><span style="font-size: 13px;">and Mexico.</span></p>2.On my personal opinion <span style="font-size: 13px;">to impose strict enviromental </span><span style="font-size: 13px;">standards is not udermined by international trade.The principle of national sovereignty was addressed in NAAEC, wich requires the enforcement of existing </span><span style="font-size: 13px;">domestic environmental stardards for the three countries.Economic sanctions to guarantee enforcement is not “a rational economic solution to unaccounted environmental costs”, the implementation process is there fore problematic, so with this I mean that a country could export their products in a cheaper way to produce a high percent of money.</span><span style="font-size: 13px;"><br></span>
