I would like to teach students everything that they didn't teach me and certainly also in the right way, because some nurses who have already graduated have a completely different way of teaching things from what we learned at school. I would like to be able to say that all the tutors I have had have been good and kind to me, but unfortunately this is not always the case. I had a very bad time with a tutor I had, a 45 year old lady who was very frustrated and took it out on me. You didn't teach me anything and didn't make me do anything, I stayed in the hospital all day without being able to learn anything, just wasting hours.
I was very sorry not to be able to say anything because I am not a complainer and I kept everything inside until the end of the internship. Speaking to the head nurse, however, she comforted me by saying that she was the one in the wrong and that she would take action.
My victory was that the evaluation of that internship was excellent so as to demonstrate to her and to myself that I am good and worthy.
