Being able to be choose the kindest words to say to the people is my way of how I value my colleagues and my pupils.

I gave chips to pupils who participate in class discussions even if their answers are not so on point.

Unexpected Compliments

'I trust you', 'I believe in you', 'You're doing the right thing', 'That's really nice, Teach!', or 'You are so brave/strong, Teach!'

These are simple words that could mean a thing or two to someone. For me to give unexpected compliments to someone sincerely might be considered a little thing but it just proves that even the smallest things could stir our deepest emotions.

Let's continue to spread kindness! ♥

I myself help a little girl that dropped her kit, her stuffs were scattered on the floor and I help put her stuffs back to her kit. Be kind to others especially you don't know who that person is.

On Teachers' day, My classmates and I suprised and did an activity for our Adviser and our Co-Adviser(T. France and T. Gen). When I saw their reaction, it made me smile. I also made bouquets for teachers and I'm very proud of myself from it <3

An act of kindness a day, keeps the bad days away.

Maybe it starts with you choosing yourself. Maybe it all starts with accepting yourself beyond their perception and ideas of you. Maybe it all starts with treating yourself with the same kindness and love you wish to attract.

I can never forget choosing to stay quiet when things were tough between one colleague. I can never forget saying 'yes' to a request because I've seen how they struggle at work and generally in life. I can never forget giving a friend a ride, because she left her wallet at home. I can never forget helping out a pupil to choose what to eat because she struggles reading in English.

And then I realized, that every good thought you think, good word you speak, and an act of kindness you show lifts the frequency of your being to new heights.
