         <description><![CDATA[<div>Comment: I have learnt that feedback can be in many different ways. Students should be given constructive feedback to help them to improve rather than told what they cannot do/ should be doing.<br><br><br>Suggestion: Give students short tasks that allow them to focus on a specific learning goal in order to assess it.  <br><br><br>Reflection: Use the Ask- Tell- Ask technique instead of Good-Bad-Good technique. <br><br><br>Practice: Focus on the drafting process and ensure students have the building blocks to structure their writing pieces. <br><br><br><br><br></div>]]></description>

Great outcome was monitored  and students learn fast and effectively.
