Leadership is taking on certain things as well as leading others. You do this by example and being smart with the choices you make. 
3 Skills of being an effective Leader:
I think that the top 3 skills of being an effective leader is being firm in what you believe, having good communication skills, and being likable. You’ll never get far if you can’t communicate what is taking place and what others are expected to do. You also have to be firm in what you believe because if you aren’t people will tend to walk over you. It's also important to be likable because you won’t get far being a leader if people don’t like nor respect you.
