Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing with regard to a recent purchase of a mobile phone, SAMSUNG GALAXY J7 PRIME, two months ago.

First of all, the mobile phone was bought by myself, Zaida Andrea Torres Gomez, on March 25th of the current year in a Customer Care Center in my district. I found a fault while I was using Claro app, despite of 12 months of guarantee since I bought it and I did not consider the attention like proper because when I was buying the product, the seller did not take me as a client. 

Two days before, my request was made by telephone, asking for a change of the equipment but I did not get answer that is why I decided to send you a complaint letter.

In order to resolv thos matter, important documents are being enclosed with the letter, such as purchase receipt and a copy of my identification.
