Focused time learning about the importance of progress monitoring and providing feedback around a narrow amount of practices across classes

Learning how to provide actionable and constructive feedback to educators had the largest impact for me this year.

Analyzing and developing a learning walk too helped our ILT grow this year because it made us identify and define exactly what we needed to look for when observing classes.

The feedback we provided teachers and how implementing this feedback helps us with our accountability scores as a school benefitted our teachers this year.

The greatest impact to my own personal growth as an instructional leader was working with ILT members in calibrating our actionable feedback to educators. Feedback that is calibrated and aligned to the ILT goals is important in ensuring consistency throughout the building.
