  1. Scheduler component is coming up really well.
Improve:
  1. As a PO, I should get complete information like dependency and impact about a story before giving it to a developer for development.
  2. Team should focus more on understanding the requirements and functionalities rather then development.
Wrong:
  1. Kampyle issue unnecessary delayed the work.
  2. Poor response from Kampyle team.
  3. Due to lot of confusion and mis-communication we end up doing additional coding which could have been avoided
  4. Due to some weird issue, the superpipe for Scheduler took long time and still not sure about the fix. As an alternative fix need to change from npm-cache install to npm install

Scheduler Component Spike came out well

Wrong : 
Communication gap with other teams due to which rework had to be done for doc eve story.Lot of time was wasted on that.

Improve: 
We shouldn’t hesitate in getting doubts w.r.t requirements/ code design if any.

Commercial teams could discuss the impact on platform with relevant teams before making their requests.
