1. From this lesson, I learnt how to make Nutella puffs. Even though this is my first time, I felt that this experience was quite good.
Apparatus to use: circle mould to help cut out the hard roti prata to smaller pieces, muffin pan to help turn the hard roti prata with flour into Puffs and oven to heat up the Puffs. The problem faced was that I was afraid to take the Puffs out of the metal plate was too hot to handle. It was later overcame by wearing gloves. Also I was not able to spread the Nutella evenly but it was overcome by Mdm Saffiah doing it for me.
2. The handling was awesome. It was pretty fun putting the hard roti prata with flour on the other side of the muffin pan to shape them into Puffs and adding the Nutella and fruits onto the Puffs.
3.The appearance was that the Puffs had an even spreading of Nutella and some tasty fruits on them. They taste delicious and had a chocolatey and fruity texture. Next time I can let the fruits spread evenly to taste better. Also I can compress the Puffs to a higher area so that the Puffs would be full of Nutella which will allow them to taste better.

1. I have learnt how to make fruit tarts after the lesson I learnt that I can just use the back of the moulding tray to form the shape of the fruit tart instead using the front part I also had problem when putting it on the tray trying to cover up the space using the pastry it often break so I had to redo another one

2. While handling the frozen pastry I had difficulties at first I wanted to take it out of the plastic so I had to peel the plastic out but the pastry was quite sticky and it keeps getting stuck on the plastic cover, preventing me from peeling it I had to peel really slowly to keep the shape of the pastry to prevent it from breaking

3. After putting it in the oven for awhile I took it out and saw some of them were actually in shape but most of them are out of shape I think I can improve more by when I shape the pastry on the moulding tray, I should try to shape it more evenly and should try to cover most of the space so it would not be so out of shape

1. From this practical, I have learnt about the steps needed to make nutella puffs. The first step is to put flour on the roti prata, so it's more easier to mould without having it sticking to your hands or the plate, then I cut the prata into seperate pieces, and remoulding the leftovers into a new piece, remoulding them again on the underside of a metal tray. The difficulty I had was with the oven. I had no difficulty turning it on, but the light inside it would not work. However, once the oven is hot enough, it's okay to put the metal tray filled with the circular prata doughs on top in

2. I actually had no difficulty in handling the pastries. It's really easy to mould the prata into shape.
3. The pastries became really shell-like, being very sweet on taste, and soft in texture. The puffs would have been more nicer if the dough is more crispier.

This lesson I learned how to make nutella puffs. Firstly we used roti prata pastry to make the shape of the nutella puff by cutting circles using a circular mould and spreading it out on the underside of a metal tray.Handling the frozen pastry was hard as it was sticky and we were scared that we were going to break the pastry. After that we put it into the oven to cook. When it was done cooking, we added nutella into the puff and then put some fruits on it. In the end the nutella puff was not bad and enjoyed it with my parents. If only I had cooked it spread the dough out evenly properly, it would have been better looking without holes

1. From the practical, i learnt we do not need actual dough to make the fruit tartlet as we can use prata dough instant. To make the tartlet we first cut circle shapes using a cookie cutter from the sticky prata dough. Next we put the circled shape prata onto the underside of the muffin tray, covering the bottoms of the tray. After putting the muffin tray in the oven for 10 mins we took it out with some oven mitts to prevent getting burnt from the touching the hot oven and used a spoon to make the desired shape of the tartlet. Some problems are trying to find out when the pastry was ready to be taken out of the oven so we had to observe others' pastry and also by checking on it frequently After putting nutella and some canned fruits its done.
2. Handling the frozen pastry was difficult as it was sticky and easily shaped. We used some flours in order to stop the pastey from sticking too much.
3. The fruit tartlets were delicious as there was alot of nutella one mine. The pastry was crispy and flakey. It was not too soft or hard. In my opinion it was just right. Our pastry did not look raw but it did not have any brown to it which i thought was wrong. Some areas to improve on are that we should have waited a bit longer when baking the pastry to give it a brown look. Another area is to add the dough properly and evenly onto the bottom of the muffin tray as some pieces fell off when we took the tray out of the oven.

1) During this practical lesson, I learned how to make fruit tartlets. The dough, using roti Prata dough, is shaped onto the baking tray. This was the apparatus used to create the shape of the tartlet while in the process of baking.
2)It was a challenging process to place the Prata dough on the tray as the dough is sticky and we have to use some flour to prevent the sticky dough to stick on our hands. This was a good advice as the Prata dough remained in perfect shape regardless how it was near to getting destroyed in shape.
3)The tartlets I made turned out crispy and it could have been made a little softer so as to have the soft fluff while eating the tartlet. Hence I could manage the baking condition while also be more meticulous in moulding the doughs so as to maintain the perfect shape for the tartlets.
