One of the most important friends to me is my friend Curtis Wong. He is my first friend I made in CAIS when we were in prep. He has helped me in numerous ways. He also has helped me get through hard times in life and I feel like he is always by my side. This friendship is special to me because we have went through thick and thin while having each others backs.

A friend that has had a great impact on my life is Nile. When I first met him, the two of us were not friends, and I even accidentally punched him in the nose while having an argument with him at some point. At around the end of grade 5, Nile and I began to become friends. Nile is a really good friend because he is always able to be nice to people even if everybody else dislikes that person. Nile is also a very forgiving person, I hit him in the nose by accident and made him nosebleed two times while playing basketball but he wasn't really mad at me. Lastly, always makes me feel better when I am feeling unhappy.

I have a friend that I met in grade 4 and we are still in touch till this day. We share common things such as cat lovers and we like the same boy band/group. I enjoy traveling to Japan with her every October or December. It was really fun spending time with her in Japan,chatting and ride amusement rides together. Those were the memories I could never forget.

The friend that changed my life is currently one of my best friends. He was with friends with me in prep and is still friends with me. We just happened to become friends in prep because we weren't really able to think properly, but we got put in the same class over and over so eventually we became best friends. We also had a lot of common interests which I think helped us to be closer together.

This friendship was so special because he influenced me a lot in positive ways and he really helped me move on in life because of that.

One of my best friends have changed my life.

I first met her outside the gate at school. Our parents were chatting, and we walked to the MTR station together, talking and laughing. At that moment, I knew that we would be friends for a long time.

She has helped me when I feel sad and she understands without asking tons of questions. She is special because we have been through some ups and downs, but we are still as tightly knit as before, or even better.

When I was 3, my mom adopted a ginger cat. In the first few weeks she would always come by my side. Curiously, sometimes she would scratch me when I get to close but that was rare. But day by day and week by week, I began to gain her trust. When I turned 9 years old, I had her full trust. When she meows (Basically signalling she was hungry), I would go to get a can of cat food and place it on her bowl and place a mic and where she would eat. I do this because the sound is satisfying, it gives me (Automous sensory meridian response). When I turned 12, she was very old. Everytime, I came home she would welcome me with meows. But soon that didn’t last to long, she passed away 2 months ago.

My friends talked about my career one day and I feel grateful. we talked about what would happen in my future and what did I want to pursue in. They told me my expectations for my dreams and it really changed my life in terms of how I would pursue them.

i had this one friend who i met during a sailing course, the person was really kind and she made me feel like i fit in and what made this so special was that this was the only new friend i had since kindergarten.

In the start of the year of my grade 3 journey I met a person in my class named Mark who is a person who enjoyed sports and playing video games. I was relieved because almost everybody in my class hated sports. When I first talked to him I knew that he was going to be a very amazing friend, he changed my life by always caring for me, looking out for me and he always do sports with me. He was that one person that would make your day in that class, he really changed my life and my perspective on school and sports. Years later I still have him as one of my contacts, we now talk less because we both don't have much time, but I will still always look out for him because he is the friend that changed a part of my life, it is all thanks to him to help me get over any sorts of obstacles.

My friend who has changed my life. We met in dance long ago but we have just gotten close in these last two years. This friendship is really important to me because they made me feel belonged, safe, and they would leave time for me even when they were too busy. I knew they truly cared for me, and they would do anything and everything to make me happy. When I needed comfort I would seek them, and when I felt like I needed a hug I could seek them too. I have a friend that really changed my life because she would make me feel like I belonged and would spend a lot of time with me. I used to be insecure about how much time someone spent with me because I always felt like I was a second choice, but my friend made me feel really special. My friend and I do a lot of things together, we study together, we have fun together, and we celebrate together. It makes me feel like I always have someone to rely on and that someone would always want to be with me in partnerships. My friend is also a genuinely loving person and always lends a listening ear and a shoulder to cry on when I rant to her about my life. Whenever I was going through some times where I didn't know what to do, she would understand exactly how I felt and give me good advice. We are still great friends to this day! -Arissa

I met a lot of friends in CAIS but one friend stands out to me , that friend is Brayden. He was not even the first friend I met . I met him only in a school project in September . I was in the same squad in PE and when I did stuff wrong he often gives me encouragement and reminded me so I don't make the same mistake again . He often cheer me up when I'm upset ,so I like to spend time with him.-Gabriel

When I first came to this school this year, nobody knew who I was, what I was like and some probably don't to this day as well, and that's completely fine. But my first friend here has made me open up a lot to other people, and made me participate in activities like house play, as he was a "professional extrovert who knew everyone" as I called him. We met each other in the first week as my locker was beneath his, and I was sitting next to him in this very classroom and math class at the time. This friendship was special to me because he was willing to accept me as his friend, even though I'm sure he has heaps of them, and made me branch out to others.

a friend that i met last year was really important to me, as he made volleyball better. He took me to the street court like everyweek and played volleyball with me on the weekends. he's the reason im still playing volleyball today. sad that he's gonna graduate next year.

There was this one person, I met them when i was still in primary, but even at such a young age they shown me what it feels like to be so special to someone. And they have continued to make me feel wanted even in grade 7, they have always put others before them and have taken the time to know me so well that they will know what i want/think before i even say it aloud to them. They have never broken my trust and never gave me a reason to not trust them. This is someone i wish can stay with forever, they were always here for me and has seen me in my lowest points, yet they still stayed by my side. We promised to always be there for each other no matter the conflict, they have taught me how important communication is. One friend that has changed my life is asa. We had been friends since birth and had never been seperated ever since, she was the type of person to be very joyfull all the time. And i was the type of person to be shy all the time, whenever we went out with other friends she would always be the one to talk to them and encourage me to talk to them. I have a great friend that I have known since grade 1. We liked to draw and talk about things we liked. For the most of our years at CAIS, we were in the same class. We sat next to each other for a lot of classes, even at lunch. He's someone who I know well, and I appreciate him for that.

when i think of a friend that changed my life I think of a friend that I met at the first grade. When I was first grade, I was really shy and didn't like making new friends. That’s when she met me. After first grade we’ve been in the same class for 6 years in a row except this year. She always encouraged me to do my best when it comes to studies and meeting my goals. There was never any jealousy or any conflict between us. We've always said “if you do it, I’ll do it” to motivate each other. Now we’ve improved in many things together such as volleyball and much more. We improved at vollleyball together and we’ve encouraged each other to do our best. This friend is still my friend till now and our friendship is one of the friendships that a value the most.

A friend who has changed my life

A friend that had a great impact on my life is one of my best friends. We met in grade 6 and since then we had been friends.
