Seeing how much min young changed Min young's father strangled the mother hoping she would die and that min young wouldn't end up just like her. She took what she wanted and she didn't care. She was always writing just to distract her self, she pushed everyone away and she was cold. While visting the mental health facility, fans of her surrounded her asking "is your father crazy?!" "where's your mother?!" she was pissed, so angry that she was about to hit them, until a man stepped in and stop her. They made eye contact, looking into each other's eyes as if they were familiars. He saw her walking in the rain alone, he relized that she wasn't cold or empty, she was just broken. He gave her his jacket and walked her home. (red writing in korean means a death threat) She feared her mother was still alive watching her. Teng gae recieved a note as well, blaming ko min young for the death of his mother. The house keeper 20 years ago was teng gae's mother. Min young told him to stay away because she was afraid of what her mother would do. Teng gae didn't give up, he still loved her and wanted to be with her. A nurse came to him later that day when he went to work telling him if he doesn't stay away then he'll die. He ran to the castle where min young is at and warned her. The same nurse showed up at the castle and drugged Teng gae, she finally told min young the truth, it was her the whole time, SHE WAS MIN YOUNG'S MOTHER. When Teng woke up he explained what happen, that he called the police before he got to the house. Min young was so happy that the man that taught her how to love and be warm was okay.
