1. The soonest you can schedule a trip, the better. I have more time to plan and I get a better idea of the up-coming schedule.
2. Departure time is leaving the school.  Return time is arriving back at the school, NOT leaving the destination. 
3. I request that all trip changes be emailed to me.  You can put them in the notes section as well, but also email. 
4. For tournament games, put in place holders and cancel later.  It’s always easier to cancel than to add in last minute. 
5. For High School students: 51 per big bus, 35 per midsize, 20 per van bus, and up to 10-12 students, not including wheelchairs, on our lift buses. These numbers reflect 2 people to 1 seat. 
6. For Elementary students: 77 per big bus, 53 per midsize, 28 per van bus, and up to 10-12 students, not including wheelchairs, on our lift buses. These numbers reflect 3 students to 1 seat. 
7. Please make sure you have the correct number of buses per trip.  You NEED to have a trip reference number for each bus requested.
