If I had to give that moment a name, I’d call it ‘The Resilient Achiever Award.’

Despite all these challenges, I changed my approach — I focused on understanding each customer's specific needs and provided personalized counseling, patiently addressing all their doubts and concerns.

In the end, I not only achieved my monthly target but also managed to convert some complex leads that initially seemed unlikely. This experience taught me that when we work with empathy, consistency, and a smart strategy, no matter how difficult the situation is — the results can still be positive.

One of the proudest moments of my journey came when I successfully sold a UPSC preparation package to a student. But for me, it wasn't just about the sale — it was about the impact. UPSC is not just any exam; it's a dream deeply rooted in the hearts of lakhs of aspirants across the country. When I saw the determination in that student's eyes, I knew I wasn’t just offering study material — I was helping build a future.

The student was filled with doubts — unsure about where to begin, overwhelmed by the syllabus, and nervous about the journey ahead. I patiently listened, understood their goals, and carefully explained how the package was designed to provide structure, clarity, and confidence. When they finally said, “Yes, I’m ready to start,” it was more than just a successful sale — it was a powerful exchange of trust and hope.

That day, I didn’t just feel like a salesperson. I felt like a mentor, a guide, and someone who played a small but meaningful role in a bigger dream. Helping someone take their first serious step toward becoming an IAS officer — that’s something I’ll always be proud of

I am truly grateful for the opportunity to begin my journey as a facilitator at Virohan Nagpur. I extend my heartfelt thanks to the Nagpur academic team for their constant support and encouragement throughout this path. Your efforts have played a key role in making this journey smooth and meaningful.

Despite the odds, I stayed focused. I built trust directly with students and parents, personally handled dozens of inquiries each day, I also kept the internal team motivated, ensuring our classes and support systems ran smoothly even during the rush.

This results into, I was awarded with Top performer in whole region for continuously three months.

That experience taught me that even without ideal resources, grit, ownership, and a student-first approach can deliver powerful results.

To help them discover their strengths and passions through open conversations,

guiding them toward a path they never considered but instantly connected with,

and in that moment, I knew I had helped shape not just a career, but a life.
