I joined as a graduate student and have met many wonderful people. My favorite memory has been all the fun dinners full of laughs and getting to know other members.

So many great Latinx Caucus memories! The 2009 Denver meeting was special to me - we had a fantastic pre-conference that year. Getting to help organize these events, including a career fair that included local organizations from my hometown, was a real treat.

LC Steering Committee!

Some of the best memories has honestly been attending the steering committee meetings and the close friendship with my fellow LC SECC Rep Stefanie! It may be hard to believe, but the meetings typically found a way to refill my energy! Getting to learn from the senior folks on the SC, having a space to be my authentic self, and the laughs we have shared. I am so greatly to have had this community and continue to grow with everyone.
