Energy is something used in our everyday life and energy is also the ability to do work. There are many different types of energy, they all do different things from one another. There are six main types of energy, they are electrical, mechanical, thermal, light/radiant energy, sound, and chemical.
there are also two other types they are potential and kinetic energy. Potential energy is not moving but had the potential to move and kinetic is the energy of movement.
