My faith is something that has shaped me into the person I am. In my family, we grew up practicing the teachings of our faith to guide us through life on the right path. I believe this is why I am so passionate and kind to others. My love has grown through my practices.

Self-care is something I am currently trying to partake in more than I have in the past. For wellness, I believe it is really helpful and necessary to focus on your thoughts and feelings to recenter yourself and ground your emotions. It helps target necessary productivity and fulfill your happiness.

Hard work is my first theory that helps me understand my lifespan development. Being someone who must work for the luxuries of my life, I learned about myself and now understand I have amazing qualities. Dedication, energy, and happiness are all traits I have to help my life development and work hard day to day to get what I deserve.

My second theory is being a lover. In all aspects, choose love no matter what the problems are that we face. Things in life will try to tear us down, but we must be filled with love to outweigh the tough or bad times. I love all things.

Having patience through life to know that my time will come is important. Like I mentioned, life is not easy and will seem like there is no light at the end of the tunnel. We must be patient and trust ourselves to persevere.

My career choice is a huge part of my life development. I know it will fulfill me and make me happy to have the unique opportunity to work closely and connect with my patients and be there for them through happy or sad times. The medical field is challenging and I know some days will not be easy but I know it will always be worth it in the end.
