We have two types of herbs that ready made in sachet.First, ginseng herbs and second saffron herbs.Both are good in sauna. Sauna usually take 30 minutes in every session.Benefit of sauna is, can reduce fats if regularly do,easy to massage customer before doing massage,can strength the body.Step to handling "SAUNA MACHINE" and doing "SAUNA TREATMENT":
    1.) Put the herbs (either one) into the sauna pot( similar to rice    cooker pot but different usage)
    2.) Pour 3/5 cups of water into the pot.
    3.) Switch on electric and wait until the herbs water boils.
    4.) Make sure that sauna machine fully covered and no vapor are       going out from the machine.
    5.) When all are prepare get customer to sit and can start the treatment.
 SAUNA TREATMENT :
     1.) Give customer a suitable cloth to change.
     2.) Make sure that customers did not wear anything,such as watch, inner cloth and jewellery except cloth given by therapist.
     3.) Before start give customer a glass of water to prevent his/her from dehydration.
     4.) Customer get into the sauna for 30 minutes.
     5.) Therapist may helps customer serving the water, wiping customer sweat and give some advice.
 
On that day,  have 1 customer want to do sauna and i had been told to take over the treatment session.
