This quote explains that when he is in nature he feels like he is home and when he says "head bathed by the blithe air" is like if he was in a house taking a shower.  When he says that he becomes a transparent eye ball he dosent care about a thing and all he sees is nature with a big eye looking at every thing. Thats how i feel the lake is as calm as me. The lake is calm there seams to be a nice brezz up in the sky for thre is no cloud to be seen a hill with dears coming down for a drink from the calm lake.
