At Nendrum, we firmly believe that healthy bodies support healthy minds, so leading a healthy lifestyle through knowledge and understanding of a healthy diet is paramount.

The Physical Education Department is proud of its extensive curricular offer. All pupils have dedicated PE time each week, with activities including swimming, football and rugby, hockey and netball, gymnastics and trampolining, orienteering and athletics.
