I see a black votes don't matter banner, a sign that says try to vote here, and the US Capitol. I think it is ironic because the sign in the front says just try to vote but the black votes don't matter sign says otherwise. But also a lot of people believe that when others say Black Lives Matter that only Black Lives Matter; however, that is not the case. I feel like the artist kind of took that into account and switched the roles. The Republican flag is there to convince the viewers that only Republicans seem to want the votes of black Americans to be removed from the ballot box. Also I noticed that the sign in front of comic says Georgia, but the US Capitol is in Washington DC, but I also know that Georgia has a big population of African-Americans, which seems a bit ironic as well.
