         <description><![CDATA[<div>Well outside my comfort zone, but with reptile cases I almost always suspect poor husbandry.&nbsp;<br><br>I am fortunate that I have a local reptile store and the owner has a excellent European wide reputation particularly with the breeding of tortoises.<br><br>That aside, I would ask the owner of this animal to obtain a max/min thermometer and hygrometer for the vivarium enclosure.<br><br>I would advise C&amp;S, or at least cytology.&nbsp;<br><br>I would treat first line with fuscidic acid, advise mineral and vitamin supplementation (Vionate) by dusting food.&nbsp;<br><br>On re-examination I would have gathered the nutritional needs of the particular species in question.</div>]]></description>
