         <description><![CDATA[<div>The university arose through Law 52 of 1981 with the name of University Unit of the South of Bogota, UNISUR and the congress of the republic with Law 396 of August 5, 1997 in the National Open and Distance University UNAD.</div><div> </div><div>This is a public university with capital mixed to what is considered to be the largest in the country since it is enrolled more than one hundred thousand students in different technical, technological, professional and postgraduate forms, has 63 programs in the country and a Headquarters in Florida United States.</div><div>The areas where the UNAD is located are:</div><ul><li> Zona Amazonia and Orinoquia</li><li>Zona Centro-Boyacá</li><li>Caribbean Zone</li><li>Downtown Bogotá, Cundinamarca</li><li>Middle East Zone</li><li>South Central Zone</li><li>Western Zone</li><li>South Node</li></ul><div> </div><div>The university's mission is to contribute to education through the open, distance and virtual environments, having its maximum potential through pedagogical action and social projection, encouraging its students to have values such as ethics, respect, the discipline the debate, the conciliation and the conciliation, forging integral people, with professional and human quality learning to work in team and under pressure</div><div> </div><div>The university has agreements with multiple companies and associations, which help to finance the payment of semesters of undergraduate or graduate students, as well as inter-institutional agreements for tuition discounts, agreement with SENA that provides recognition of the competencies acquired to follow with professional studies.</div>]]></description>

         <title>RESULTS OF THE AUDIT FINDINGS </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>By conducting the audit of the National University Open and Distance UNAD, we could determine the scope of the need to recognize how the management of the provision of training services in higher education, technology and technology, research, social projection, community and techno pedagogical innovation. , under the open and distance modality.<br><br>With specific objectives which helped us to obtain some findings and non-conformities within the stated objectives were:</div><ul><li>Determine the capacity of the environmental management system to ensure that the university meets the legal, regulatory and contractual requirements applicable to the scope of the environmental management system.</li><li>Identify the environmental management measures necessary for each process.</li><li>Evaluate the effectiveness of environmental management systems.</li><li>Identify areas of potential improvement associated with the environmental management system.</li></ul><div>With them, it is possible to find that the university shows that an adequate follow-up is carried out to the objectives and goals outlined in the environmental management plan which monitors all the processes developed for this compliance. Referring to ISO 14001: 2015 Section 6.2 Environmental objectives and planning to achieve them.<br><br>We were able to identify that the internal audits carried out have given a good monitoring of the functions since with them they make the appropriate improvements for the operation to fully comply with all the rules and that when carrying out the external audits they go out as best as possible thus having a 100% satisfaction, with this we comply with ISO 14001: 2015 Section 9.2 Internal Audit.<br><br></div><div>Through the visit The officials know aspects and environmental processes through inductions, information addressed to each one of the emails and with the SIG Pills. The follow-up is done with inspections or reports where the good follow-up to ISO 14001 is identified: 2015 Section 7.3 Awareness.</div><div><br>Within the TIC The support of the platforms and computer applications of the Integrated Management System mean a great support for the management, monitoring and control of the processes and services, which as far as their use, contributes significantly in a transversal way to the UNAD and promotes administrative efficiency and paper savings.<br><br>And within the evaluation of ISO 14001: 2015 Numeral 5.2 Environmental policy it was observed that the Process of implementation of e-coefficients practices; since the project is focused on the use of photovoltaic energies for service feeding; strengthening the rational use of resources.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li>During the execution of the audit information was requested on the planning of resources, which was argued only economic resources without taking into account the resources of infrastructure, human talent, equipment and others. Failing to comply with requirement 7.1 of ISO 14001; 2015</li><li>Environmental induction to visitors' income is not included; about the basic issues of the SGA that must be taken into account by the personnel that enters the facilities, to ensure compliance, of the requirements established by the university.</li><li>There is no evidence of innovation in the dissemination of information regarding the awareness of plant workers and contractors. The dissemination of this information by the university platform and the institutional mail is not guaranteed to be efficient.</li></ul>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li>The benefits that the university offers to the educational and visiting community are identified, as it is a public entity that complies with the requirements of the standard and works for the continuous improvement of its processes, as well as providing training opportunities for students, suppliers, employees and the community in general.</li><li>Compliance in the environmental management system allows the vision of the university to have new objectives to be applied within the parameters, which generates recognition.</li></ul>]]></description>
