         <description><![CDATA[<div>Once you have completed the application either online of via post this will be set to the appropriate Student Finance funding body (Student Finance  England, Scotland, Wales, etc). <br><br>It can take up to 3 weeks to hear back from Student Finance. There are a number of ways to get support while you wait check out the <a href="https://winchester.instructure.com/courses/5443">Student Services Canvas </a>page for more details.</div>]]></description>

         <title>Step 3: Needs Assessment</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Once Student Finance has reviewed your application you'll either receive an approval letter/email or a request for further evidence if you application has been denied. <br><br>If your application has been successful you will be asked to have a needs assessment which is a meeting with a needs assesor where you will discuss your Educational Psychologist report and the recomendations made it that as well as having the opportunity to try of some assistive technology and equipment. <br><br>You will have to book this appointment yourself through the<a href="https://www.dsa-qag.org.uk/"> DSA Quality assurance </a>webpage. Search for an assessment centre using your postcode.&nbsp;<br><br></div>]]></description>

         <title>Support Approved and Booking Support</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>You have either recived a letter/email from Student Finance or an email from the University informing you that your DSA2 letter, the letter which details the support that has been approved has been received. <br><br>The DSA2 letter will explain how to contact your support provider and/or the supplier of your assisitve technology. You can always book an <a href="https://intranet.winchester.ac.uk/information-bank/disabilities-and-learning-diversity/SitePages/Disability%20Advice.aspx">appointment with a disability adviser </a>if you are unsure. <br><br>If the support provider is the University you can complete our <a href="https://intranet.winchester.ac.uk/information-bank/disabilities-and-learning-diversity/SitePages/Non%20Medical%20Help%20Page.aspx">online support booking </a>form and we'll schedual your support and contact you about when to attend. </div>]]></description>
