I think it's not easy to conduct lessons and get the students to settle down quickly, because they tend to be very talkative at the start. There were also many of them and we had to speak louder than them to get their attention. However, the team is very bonded. Each and every team member worked well with one another even though we knew each other only for a short period of time. I believe that is our biggest strength.

3. One thing i would do differently is to give clearer instructions and try to speak even louder.

1. Satisfied and enjoyable time with the team.

2. Despite having 12 people in a team, the process of working together was an eye opener as everyone tend to have their own tastes and preferences in doing and communicating things, however the group managed to work well together accommodating to each other. I realized communication and being open minded to ideas and opinions is very important in a team itself. It was greats organising this workshop and this will definitely help us grow in a way or another.

3. If given another opportunity to do things differently, I would try to communicating with the students more and getting them to open up to us easier by interacting with them for example, playing a trial game with the students during the demonstration of activities rather than just introducing ourself through the slides only. As I feel that if we did that as well, the students might just open up to us and they would have a better time spent in school on a Saturday.

1. I feel that it was an enjoyable and tiring experience conducting the Teambuilding workshop as the students were very active, participative and loud. Had to compete with all their voices during the Energizer.

2. Everyone plays a part in conducting the workshop to keep the process organised and smooth. Sometimes minor miscommunication or mistakes tend to occur rather than making a big hoo ha out of it or simply just keeping quiet, someone have to step up to verify and pass on the right message.

3. If there's one thing I would do differently, I think that it would be that I should have spread out the students a little more during the energizer at the start and get them to move foward a little more. I realised that there were a little more spaces at the front and that they were a little too crowded together. If the spaces were utilize fully it might have make it look abit less chaotic when they starting running around to do the actions when the command were shouted and also make it easier to identify people who are eliminated.

1. Overwhelmed & grateful:')

2. I've learnt that conducting a workshop with 44 students is no easy task even with 12 facilitators! The students were quite rowdy most of the time which makes them hard to manage! Another key takeaway i've got is that flexibility is extremely important - the timing of the activities may not always end on the dot and the participants may take a longer than usual time to settle down after each activity! Hence, the team needs to remain flexible and adjust accordingly to ensure that the workshop runs smoothly and end on time!

3. One thing i will do differently is to interact more with the learners and have more fun collectively! :D

1. Grateful and pleased that the workshop went accordingly as planned and that participants seemed to enjoy the activities that was carried out.
2. Coordinating between a large group is definitely much harder, and it takes a lot of effort to conduct an organised and smooth flowing workshop, that is useful for the participants.
3. More relaxed while presenting my part.

Hence, it would probably not work as successfully, if we have started off with the lecture, as it is dry.

3) i would have more people at the charades station, as there was only Oscar and i, and many people wanted to get more of the materials, so they had to queue and wait for others to guess correctly, wasting their time.
