Our idea is to introduce Indian sweets in countdown.
2.Concept development is industry experience, understand commercial production and the efficiencies required in all aspects of product development including sourcing materials, processing, packaging and delivery and our concept is to introduce the best Indian  sweets from highest quality raw-material
3.Quality function deployment is that quality must be outlined into the item, not investigated into it. Quality can be characterised as addressing client needs and giving unrivaled esteem.
a).Firstly we will do some surveys with the  customers how they want our product to be.
b).After taking the surveys we will draw our product model.
4. Early design consist of marketing, R&D, operation, finance, information system and collaboration includes two factors.
a).In internal collaboration we have to co-ordinate with all the departments of the organisation.
b). Preparation of all the supplies before the production of the product.
5 DFM gives a way to coordinating particular assembling worries into an item's plan to get an item that is simpler to fabricate with great general quality.
a).We will try to make our most of the raw material to our own and by not distributing the task to the individuals like the packaging, making etc.
b). keeping the product as low as possible without compromising the quality
