Last year, I added more books to my classroom library that were more diverse and exposed my students to different cultures. As I buy books for my own son, I'm always looking for books that have different genders & races in them to expose him from a young age!

(This is the most recent book we bought!)

My books are organized in labeled bins by author\topic\genre\series. I also have a large book shelf full of picture books and chapter books that aren't organized any certain way. I saw on social media that a teacher bought a library book scanner to let her students borrow books from her and it keeps track of them in a free app. I want to do that now! :)

I think this is the topic I need to focus on the most. I didn't really think about replacing books every once in a while. I do tend to get rid of books once they are beyond repair but I need to think about buying a new copy after. Also, I've been handed down so many nonfiction books but I need to look at how relevant these books are and consider if my kids even pick them up.
