The problems of living in a large Japanese city such as Tokyo are:

Firstly there is a lot of high land and not enough low land, this leads to houses being extreamly expensive and small. Due to there being not enough low land train tracks are built over and under ground and run near/between houses which cause loud noises. on the roads there is a lot of congestion this is caused because of the population rising because of the job increase since the 1900`s. With this high population the trains everyday are full to the brim with commuters. Due to there being a lot of commuters on the roads there is a lot of pollution from transport being used a lot, which effecting the environment and the whole world. Another thing affecting Tokyo is that light energy is used a awful lot in Japan for billboards and other things. But there are solutions to this.

June July and August are the summer months. The climate is quite hot but in July it becomes less hot in other words drops but rises again in august. The rainfall is also very high in the summer and very low in the winter

there is lots of congestion, traffic is everywhere which can damage

the atmosphere with pollution. there is little land to build houses

so people have to live in houses with only one bedroom. having to take a train

leads to being crushed by people and no personal space. waste is also

being dumped in different places.

Japan are thinking of was to solve thier problems. One way is to build a underground city where half a million of tokoyo's popuation can live. They could also cut down the amount of factories they are building. They can get more high pointed areas to save space. Put transport on top of the ground and get less shops.
