Talk to the students &  have 'normal' conversations about random things/happenings...other than state of affairs/class work.  Sing, or allow them to see you be goofy, or make mistakes.  My class also likes to have competitions...like boys vs girls for activities like Jeopardy Review, or Multiplication practice Show Down. They are SUPER competitive!
