         <description><![CDATA[<div>1) Some of the lifestyle habits that  obesity individuals have in common are the easily accessible and cheap fast food restaurant chains that are available to us. Therefore, this will tempt them to choose fast food over healthy choices. Another factor is that they have a sedentary behaviour and would rather stay at home rather than exercise since it is difficult for obese individuals to lose weight. Instead of drinking water they always choose sweetened drinks.<br><br>2) Some common behavioural traits that I notice in my mom is she always try and find excuse when wanting to exercise. She say she will say that they are feeling tired or lazy. Often I will also notice that even after having dinner, at night  she will eat junk food like biscuit. Often when going to places just 10 minutes away from home she would rather drive.<br><br><br><br><br></div>]]></description>

They will consume more food which take in more than giving out which is exercising. In addition, Most of them does not even exercise to lose weight. They will most probably eat food that contain high amount of saturated fats and sugar which causes them to become overweight and obese.<br>2) my father is obese and he like to consume a lot of saturated fats and sugar. he mostly like to lie down after eating and he doesnt have the motivation to exercise.
