I love the voice typing feature.  I would use it to support some of our English Learners in the classroom.  
I also like the template gallery.  I think using it would help save some time in creating a new assignment for students.  
Lastly, I love that they have so many different add-ons. One new add-on I came about is the translating one. I often find myself having to use google translate and then copying and pasting into a google doc. I am hoping the translating add-on will make the process easier.
