Book Reading: Escape into a Story - Little Women by Louisa May Alcott - Caren Bernadeth Francisco (APEC ONL)

The section that I read from Alcott's Little Women that resonates with me the most tends to derive how people learn significant lessons through much anxiety and regret. Given that, I've also encountered such sort of life paradox. Much of my life-long takeaways came from breakdowns to breakthroughs. "All were unconscious that this experience was a test of character, and when the first excitement was over, felt that they had done well and deserve praise." (Capter 17, page. 185). Thus far, this idea stood for me emphasizing how experiences reveal our true character and much of those milestones that we achieved always deserve proper attribute. Wellness at its best. #LPODS2025 #EmbracingWellness
