 It's a free online tool where each student has a monster. The teacher can feed the monster with positive points such as good behaviour, being in silence, high participation... As much as positive things the monsters eat, they will be happier. On the other hand, the teacher can also feed the monsters with negative points such as bad behaviour, talking too much... These bad points make the monster being sadder.
 Therefore, my teacher uses as positive points things like:
 - Use of vocabulary in the activities
 - Singing songs in English
 - Trying to speak in English

To handle this situation, my tutor creates games where they need to speak up in order to be able to play. We could consider that she uses a kind of role playing to make them talk. 
 Regardless the topic, she starts by giving to all the students some sentences to hold a conversation and by little groups, they start to practise. Then, those groups have to go in front of the class and represent the conversation on by one. At the end, the rest of students have to say positive things about the representations to make the "actors" feel more comfortable and self-aware.

This a material that I found one day in a wardrobe of the school. There is a box with a lot of sticks. Each stick has a question to be answered or a topic to review vocabulary. 
 One day, my tutor used at class. One by one, the students had to take a stick and answer the question or say some words about the topic. For example: 
 1- How do you feel today?
 - I feel happy!
 2- Vocabulary about animals
 - Dog, cat, frog, bird...
  
 Even though, what I did like more was having a green paper to offer help. If a student did not know how to answer his questions, the rest of students could raise a green paper to offer their help. Then, if the student with the stick wanted help, he could choose a partner with the green paper.

When she asks the students and they answer, she repeats the answer incorrectly. 
For example: 
T: In this photo we can observe 4 animals: a penguin, a tucan, a pidgeon and a hen. All of them belong to the family of birds. Marc, can you tell me to which animals you observe?
M: a penguin, a tucan, a pidgeon and a hen.
T: Amazing Marc!!! And all of them are considered mammals, isn't it?
M: Nooooooooo! They are birds!

 If we are able to observe them, their behaviour, their feelings inside the class, we will be able to identify which are the strenghts and weaknesses of the session. 
I think that a good way to do it would be by recording a class from the visio of where the teacher is normally situation. Therefore, the camera in most situations would be in front of the classroom. In addition, I would also put another camera at the back of the classroom which would help to observe the most tricky situations of the students as they would forget about it and would act naturally.
