1.This time of crisis teachers must be prepared of what are the teaching and learning process that are best to use and apply for the welfare of our students. We have to ensure that our students avail their basic needs especially financial support by the government. The contribution of our teachers are very important today because our students needs our support, its either financially, mentally and emotionally. Teachers leadership are innovative, collaborative and must possess other responsibilities for the students. Teacher leadership shows a collective effort which empowers us to make a positive contributions and results. 2.Teachers should always stay calm in order to think the right things and ways to help our students gain more knowledge even if we are facing difficult challenges today. We have to construct new modes of learning to apply with different kind of students. Showing compassion is a very big help to our learners because through this, students feel that they are cared by their teachers and they feel that teachers are concerned to their sufferings and hardship at this time. In order to reach our students needs we should use different ways, tools and materials of teaching to answer the needs of the learners in a safer and knowledgeable way. Everyone is experiencing ups and downs, twists and turns from everyday challenges in our life especially this time. People change and it affects us differently. 3.At this time of pandemic we should build resilience from this difficult experience. Students and teachers must be aware and understand of what is happening in our environment. Teachers must be aware of their strength and weaknesses in order to do something about it. Learners should engage something new to discover their talents of creativity and others. They must engage in online reading books, watching tv and news in order for them to developed and improved their knowledge. 
REALIZATION
1.Being optimistic in finding new ideas, methods and strategies on how to find new modes of learning will help a lot to the teachers to impart the knowledge in different ways. People are facing stress and hard times, so we should need to contribute some useful and positive ideas, techniques, and activities in our own ways that suits to the needs of the learners. Helping the learners understand, accept and face the reality of this pandemic in our country will help them become more aware and responsible individual. To learn resilience we have to trust the process.
