         <description><![CDATA[<p>For distance learning, it falls under fair use for teachers to read books aloud to the class, even though it is not a licensed  audio book. </p><p><br/></p><p>Things in public domain can be used at any time, in any fashion due to the copy right running out on it.</p><p><br/></p><p>Fair use falls into 4 different categories: Purpose &amp; Character of Use, Nature of the Original, Effect on the Market, and Amount &amp; Substance.</p>]]></description>
