I learned about most of the political stories and problems that I was unaware of at first. I normally don't really like hearing about politics, but civics class has helped me  understand the diverse aspects of political life. I learned about political figures and the revolutions of Egypt.
FGM AWARENESS
I already knew about FGM, but I didn't really know the depth of the problem. During civics class, I understood how serious FGM is in Egypt and how hard people have tried to stop it from spreading.
MOLTOBELLA
I learned that it is called moltobella and motobella. I learned that moltobella isn't as terrible as a brand as I thought.
TOURISM
I learned that tourism is a very important source of income in Egypt. Egypt has many beautiful streets and building that are way more visually appealing than the Eiffel Tower or Statue of liberty.
EXTINCTION
I learned that with this rate of pollution, bombs, and chemicals we are literally screwed. We are close to extinction because of our own actions and decisions.
EXTREME CHILD ABUSE
The different doctor Phill stories that we heard about have made me realize how mentally insane our society is.
