I am writing to you to let you know that I am studying Mechanical Engineering at Hanoi university of Industry. My course takes place over 4 years. I study it full-time. I want to get Master degree when I complete my course. Main subjects of my major is Math, Physic, Chemistry. I find the most difficult subject is General Chemistry because it has to remember a lot. Everyweek, I have 10 classes each week. Everyday, my morning classes starts at 7.00 a.m and finishes at 11.00 a.m and afternoon class starts at 12.30 p.m and finishes at 4.10 p.m. Everyday, I spend 3 hours to self studying. When I was in university, the skills I needed were Organization skills, Time management skills, Presentation skills, Teamwork skills. I like learning in university.

Yesterday, I checked your product - the shaft and found some design mistakes. In the design drawing of the shaft, it is 50 millimeters plus, minus 0.25mm and the length of the actual shaft is 50.4mm. It is inside tolerance. Next, the diameter of the shaft in the drawing is 6.01mm plus, minus 0.004mm, so the minimum diameter of the actual shaft is 6.006mm. But its actual diameter is 6.015mm and it's out of tolerance. Finally, the hole depth of the shaft is 10mm plus, minus 0.25mm and the actual hole depth is 10.12mm. Your product is rejected because the length is inside tolerance and the diameter is outside tolerance.
