The blue man tells Eddie that he has met him before and that he is the first person that he met in heaven. He then also says that ruby pier is heaven.He then recalls the five people that Eddie will meet in heaven
and that the blue man is one of them.Then he says that all 5 people you meet, you have met in your lifetime.He then says that this is the best gift god can give you to understand how your life happened. Eddie asks how the blue man dies and then he says you killed me.

His family treats him well. And to me has a very good normal life. Mickey Shea is an Irishman, who works at Ruby Pier too. His dad also works at the Ruby Pier, and is the maintenance worker, just like Eddie was before he died. 

When Eddie meets the blue man, he can’t talk, he can only mouth things. The Blue man tells Eddie this. He also tells him the rules or steps that you go through heaven. The first step was that since Eddie was feeling like a child he was with the blue man, because the blue man was an important part of his life. The Blue Man was the first person that Eddie met in Heaven. He has to have seen him before, because he states that all of the people that you will encounter will be somebody that you met in your lifetime, whether you remember him it or not. It starts off at a childhood place that means a lot to you. Following that you go and travel around and meet five people. The people he meets are five people he meet on earth, but might not remember.
