Dear Kandi: you have the gift of truly listening to others and making everyone feel heard and valued. I deeply appreciate that about you. Thank you so much for the caring and patience you show to students and staff at Waverley. I also like that you are REAL! You are honest that you feel frustrated sometimes or a bit overwhelmed. You share it in a gentle way, but it helps me to know that it's OK to have feelings of frustration. All feelings are OK! It's how we express them that is important. I feel so lucky to work with you. You rock my socks off. You have such a kind heart for everyone (both staff and students) at our school. It feels like such a blessing to know you!
