I felt my role and my professional integrity were being compromised by the principal's requests.
-It is difficult being the itinerant teacher in this scenario, as the professional boundaries have been tested by an autocratic type leader- an autocratic/structural type leader. These leaders can cause issues to staff morale, school culture and ultimately affects the output of employees within an organisation. A boss/leader who is seen as ruthless and driven may demand results.
