1. People participate, because of the families that are struggling to make ends meet. Giving is an act of kindness and is great for the spirit 2. a. the KLUC annual toy drive is a tradition. b. Perlie Caus is having their ninth annual toy drive. c. KLUC annual toy dive is asking everyone to stay in their vehicles when dropping off their gifts. 3. How can we make others participate during a pandemic? 4. This article has not really effected me, because I've always been a giver. I have participated in the KLUC annual toy drive before.
