         <description><![CDATA[<p><strong>                            Report on "Meet and Greet" Team</strong></p><p><strong>                                                by: Edgar</strong></p><p><br/></p><p>This report is to highlight what the role of meeting and greeting passengers involves, potential problems for both staff and passengers and suggest how the experiences of both passengers and staff could be improved. </p><p><br/></p><p>Our job comes with many responsibilities. Firstly, we have to welcome passengers and be friendly to them. This is to ensure that the passengers enjoy their flight experience/This is to ensure that we provide the best customer service. Then, we have to check their travel documents before they fly. Otherwise, passengers will not be able to travel/fly. On top of that, we also have to look after their luggage by telling them where to collect, so that they will not lose their luggage and important belongings. Our job requires us to give information to the passengers. We are expected to be helpful by giving advice to our passengers. Advice is important to travellers who are travelling, especially those who are travelling for the first time. </p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>However, there could be some potential problems. There could be security issues as there was an incident in which an old man was accused for stealing. If such incident happens again in the future, it will be chaotic and it will also affect our company's reputation. Besides that, I am quite concerned with our current working condition. According to Jeswin, he has too much to focus on, and he feels exhausted/overwhelmed. He is afraid it will affect his performance at work. Furthermore, the trolleys used by the travellers are also one of the concerns. They are shaky and not steady. This situation can be very dangerous to our travellers. Some travellers find it confusing to navigate themselves/Some travellers seemed lost because they were wandering around the airport. In this case, we might need to provide assistance to them. </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>In my opinion, I think the experiences of both passengers and the staff could be improved by hiring more staff because we only have two staff on duty at the check-in counter. This helps to provide better customer service. In addition, I feel that new staff will need more training. Jeswin, who is very new to the job, might need more training, so that he will be able to perform well. Most importantly, we need to provide assistance to passengers with additional needs. According to Jeswin, there was an old man who fell down at the airport. I think it would be great for our company to provide wheelchairs or to open an express check-in counter for the elderly. Lastly, it is our equipment. We need to upgrade our equipment because the trolleys that we have are unstable. I would suggest the company to fix the trolleys or to buy better trolleys. </p>]]></description>
