. After reviewing your self assessment, what are 2 insights or ideas you gained from doing these assessments.

1)An insight that I gained from doing these assessments is that stress can occur in almost any situation at any given moment. An example would be the self assessment assignment from this week which took me 44 minutes to complete. I felt stressed while working on that assignment because of how many questions were on that assignment and because it wasn't as easy as I thought it would end up being. I thought I could finish it in less then 10 minutes which ended up not happening.

2) A second insight that I gained from doing these assessments is that a symptom I experience from stress is being impatient. This is accurate because I like working on tasks that don't take up a lot of time. Another symptom I experience from stress is being unable to think about anything other then the thing that is stressing me out. This makes sense for me because if I happen to get stressed about not knowing the answer to something I've wondered about for a while then that will be the only thing I'd be capable of thinking about in that situation.

2. Establish 2 stress management goals would you like to achieve by the end of the semester. Make these goals as specific a possible. Consider what you would like to achieve and how you will achieve it. Also, be sure to be realistic. Remember we have 15 weeks together.

1)One stress management goal for me would be being able to balance school while trying to achieve my dream of getting my snapchat score to hit a billion. I think this goal is realistic for me because I've done relatively well for 6 semesters prior to this new semester doing well in school passing almost all of my classes while increasing my snapchat score. This is a good goal for me because I struggle with staying focused and being motivated in school. This stress management goal can balance myself out setting some time throughout the week to work on school assignments and to increase my snapchat score.

2)A second stress management goal for me would be to find healthy ways to cope with stress if I'm ever in a stressful situation. For instance I could listen to music, go on a long walk which is known to clear your mind, running, watching a funny tv show or just doing anything that makes me feel happy and less stressed out.
