I believe I am an Innovator. I like to create systems in programs and make programs better and more effective. As far as personality types I am an Enneagram 3 and I think it is valuable to know the numbers of each staff member in a team to best utilize their skills and abilities. When working with an analyzer I can utilize their desire to reflect and use their problem-solving skills and observational skills to build better systems and schedules.

I think I am the planner. I like to make things happen. I see problems that need to be solved, and my first instinct is to jump in and solve them. I'm a " do-er". The downfall of this for me is that I can be impatient and sometimes hyper focus on solving the problem quickly and not waiting for people to catch up with me. I work best with people that are motivated and decisive and also problem solvers.

I believe I am one of each depending on the situation, I see myself as the person who likes to get things done. we can enhance communication and collaboration by encouraging open feedback, being an active listener, leading by example, and encouraging creativity. This will help to create a positive environment for children and families. There are many specific things I would apply to my role because I am learning as I go at my job.

When it comes to personality types I am an Enneagram 7 and I think it is important to know all your coworkers numbers to see who will work best together and how to better put their skills to work to best benefit the center for the children.

I want to be planner because The planner can create and implement strategies to execute new ideas and projects, and I think I have a qualities and abilities to plan something and follow it strongly. I work with others nicely and positive way so it could work excellent.

I believe that I am essentially all 5. I think mine changes dependent on whom else is there and if I am intimated by them or not will dictate the role I will play. I can see myself strongly in all of them and I am not able to choose just one. I work best with the others that are also highly motivated and open minded and have positive vibes.

i think i am a creative. i am ALWAYS proposing ideas that scare others because they seem chaotic but they end up being a benefit to every person who is in the center. i think i am very other-oriented as well with the reasonings behind my ideas. I think a way i could work best with the other personality types is to continue to hold myself accountable and understand that I rely on the traits of my team such as an analyst coworkers ability to propose short and long term goals. as well as continuing to try to put myself in the shoes of my team members.

I am a leader who listens carefully and communicates well. I am kind and understanding, always trying to help others get past the things holding them back. I use my empathy to build strong, positive relationships and set a good example for others.

Being a leader doesn’t always mean having a formal title. I can lead in different projects or areas, and I do it with passion and energy. I make others feel important and try to figure out the best way to work together. I lead with a positive attitude, strength, and by recognizing the good qualities in others.

People turn to me for advice, support, and encouragement. I help bring people together and create teamwork by bringing out the best in everyone in a kind and respectful way.

I believe I am a planner combined with creative. I like to think of ideas but more like find ideas to make happen. Then I like to make those idea's/plans come to be. I also like to hear ideas from other people and help them make it happen.

I think a creative/planner would work well with an innovator who is able to see/find "problems" that need to be fixed and then, when working with a planner and creative person... they can come up with some creative ideas/solutions for the center.

One thing I learned was the importance of learning/knowing everyone's personality types in your center so that everyone can be aware of and work better together to make the center the best it can be.

A good child care team shows respect, good communication, teamwork, and flexibility. Team members help each other and work together to care for children.

Different personality types help in different ways. A Leader guides and supports the team. An Innovator shares new ideas. An Analyst notices details and helps fix problems. A Creative person makes learning fun for children. A Planner organizes daily routines and schedules.

When all these people work together, the team becomes strong. Everyone feels respected, work is easier, and the workplace stays positive.

For example, during a busy day, teamwork helped a lot. Educators shared tasks, supported each other, and talked clearly. This helped reduce stress and made children feel safe and happy.

But with that thought I like to say "All experience is good experience". I remember my first job and I worked along side people with far more advanced skills then I, at that time. I think I am creative. I love coming up with new ideas that can benefit the children, also the educators. I’m always wondering what we can do next and how we can do it in a way that would be smoother learning for the early learning centre. I’m always saying “we should do this!” Or “it would be cool to do this!”

I think I am an analyst because I like patterns, brainstorming. I recommend things to my co workers like solutions. For example sometimes we don't have all materials for an art project or activity and I try to find something similar we can use instead. We have a child who struggles with transitions and based off observations I recommended we let the child know ahead of time, give a visual timer and make a colorful routine that the child can see. One thing I have learned is the personality types. I didn't know about personality types, how they contribute to positive teamwork and being familiar with each type like recognizing strengths and weaknesses.

Im believe that I'm essentially of 5 of them.

when it comes to situations when it comes to co workers, children, and teaching, and learning myself as an educator.

I'm a leader, I'm a planner, I'm creative, I'm innovator, and I'm a analyst, I can see my self strongly in of them, I can not just choose one. I'm positively, mind open, got communication skills as a human being and got amazing team ethics. when It comes to teamwork to get it done during the workplace.. I'm still learning new little and big things myself when it comes to working with children. I love problem solving, and creating new activities for the children, and understanding the children learning ethics. Organizing things around the centre, and having things ready for the next tasks or adventures for indoor and outdoor.

I believe, I am a creative person because I'm presenting ideas to my team about decorating the room and activities that'll be beneficial for the children. For example, offering everyday a water table with different materials like small bottles, cars to wash, sponges, shells, etc. Also, I think I'm a planner because I like to balance my team's opinions to work together and achieve goals. I agree that having various personality types in a team brings balance and effiecy to workplaces, because some people have weaknesses and others have strengths to balance the environment.
