         <description><![CDATA[<div>- Instead of sitting at desks in rows, students could sit in a circle to facilitate discussion.<br>- Technology could be used individually (i.e. each student uses their phone or specialized apps to submit assignments)<br>- Teachers film their lessons so that students can re-watch at their own pace, pause, take notes and absorb it before moving on.<br>- Start a collaborative class blog where students can post their thoughts and opinions on topics in their own time.<br>- Move desks to create groups of desks (2-4) to promote collaboration<br>- Computers can used by students on a rotational basis, to allow for individual work<br>- Provide a good Learning Management System for online learning (Google Classroom)<br><br></div>]]></description>
