Don’t judge the performance, BUT analyze the activities and give feedback to improve their effectiveness and usefulness!

Explain the injuries of each Injured person - can they walk/talk? What is broken? Are you bleeding?

Give also more clear instructions for the participants (ex. Nobody knew we can take only one person from a spot. Maybe you can put that information in the written instructions you give to the leaders)

The fire building that the leaders did could be another mechanic in the activity in order to add more diversity (For example, the injured people need to stay at the builded fire at least 3mins before they are “cured” and can help etc”)

Include safety briefing at the beginning of the workshop!

So nice we did an activity in nature and were able to explore new place at the same time❤️

Some people can be assigned or they can move away in order to tighten the rope

Make sure that the activity is implemented in the middle days of the project

Despite being a bit too overwhelming for people who don't feel like getting touched or being in crowds, to my belief this activity can act very fast into breaking the ice between the group and making people feel comfortable and out of their comfort zone.

Alternatively it could be used to express feelings, traumas or even something that we were scared and we got over through the time. (Instead of names)

Lost people should be close but well hidden

Another suggestion would be to have a single water source(maybe a bucket) in order to eliminate any problems with the distance of the multiple bowls.

At the beginning the debate on our team was about the strategy we were going to use (either take water legally or steal it) but the debate was very healthy and we were making decisions depending on the water level of the other teams.

The metaphor at the end (that each cup represents a problem) was the highlight, since it was the point where the team had to debate and make a decision regarding which problem to solve. That gives us the moment to think about how society and funding systems work and how ethical decisions are made.

All in all, the game could get some improvement on the controlling of the rounds. Great smart game team!

The activity itself is an amazing one, I enjoyed every second of it, I feel sad it couldn't last longer so we would come up with more jokes.

Personally I enjoyed the first part of the activity more because I had to self reflect my feelings and sensations.

Very well and smoothly executed, interesting selection of sub-activities and good flow of the participants.

Debriefing could he done in a more interesting way, with better formed questions (open style) louder voice and in a more interactive way with the participants.
