1) Setting expectations in the beginning of a supervisory relationship is a salient aspect to having a successful and beneficial professional relationship.
2) The BST model can be applied across many contexts and situations. It can be applied across other environments outside of ABA.
3) Feedback should always be continuous and should be provided to everyone, at all levels. Feedback is how we learn/grow.

Clarification Points:
1) How does a supervisor keep a supervisee motivated to accrue hours?
2) When does it not become appropriate for a supervisor to explain the different routes to take in Behavior Analysis? (e.g., OBM, animal behavior, crime and delinquency, gambling, addition, etc.)

Feedback:
- The assigned Supervision book was a really great read and was beneficial in my professional environment. Might be helpful to provide more in depth conversations regarding the readings.

3. Take always
1. Having a consistent way of supervising will create a successful environment for the supervisee, client and family.
2. Having a supervisor contract is important because it allows there to be a clear understanding of what is expected while we preform our jobs.
3. Feedback forms can be helpful for a supervisor , so they can evaluate their own supervision. ( wish I saw more of this)

2. Clarification
1. How to give feedback to supervisors without it being used against you in your position?
2. What if my current supervisor does not have a supervisor contract, and does everything through verbal conversation, and texting ( same goes with a contract with parents) ?

Feedback
1. Ms. Miller you did a wonderful job teaching the class in the most simple and easy-to-understand terms. You also provide such great support to your students.
