         <description><![CDATA[<div>The issue of water scarcity in Jamaica is impacted by colonialism because during colonialism most of Jamaica's water storages got destroyed and after colonialism Jamaica did not have enough funds to get them restored so they had to rely on rainfall which is bad because the rainfall in Jamaica is getting lesser and lesser so people without running tap waters are forced to use ocean and pond water which is very unsanitary.</div><div><br><br></div>]]></description>
