Have one partner stand over the other with their arm stretched out, holding the ruler with their thumb and index finger. Put the end of the ruler that starts with zero between the your partner's open fingers.

2. Without telling your partner, drop the ruler and your partner should catch it as quick as possible between their fingers.

3. Measure the distance on the ruler by recording where your partner grabbed it.

4. Using the reaction time chart, convert the distance to time.

5. Repeat steps 1-4 until you reach 7 trials then switch places with your partner.

6. Using the reaction time graph, graph your data to measure trends.

7. Calculate the average of your 7 trials. (This will be used to see which pair is the fastest)
