• Self-Assessment Checklist for Personnel Providing Services and Supports to Children and Youth With Special Health Needs and Their Families: the checklist allows counselor to evaluate if they are promoting culturally diverse practices when delivering services to children with disabilities or with health issues.

• Cross-Cultural Counseling Inventory is a great tool to check Counselor's cultural awareness, beliefs, cultural knowledge, and flexibility in counseling skills.

• The Multicultural Counseling Inventory (MCI) support counselors to interpret their own work awareness as a counselor, psychologist or trainee.

• Multicultural Awareness Knowledge-and-Skills Survey-support counselors at assessing the effects of the instructional strategies that are used to support student's needs (Ponterrotto, Rieger, Barret, Sparks, 1994).

• Overall, the finding indicated that I need to gain more knowledge of the different tools available, to enhance my multicultural knowledge and have a better approach to support and guide students:

• To focus on a culturally responsive approach in which both parents and students feel empowered, valued and understood in their native language.

• The use of the COUNTRY COMPARISON TOOL is great to gain understanding of the various dimensions that socially controls or impacts the student's cultural values and beliefs.

• Increase parents' engagement in school with diverse opportunities such as volunteering as a classroom aid, parent-school events, and parent created learning opportunities (Yaafouri, 2019).
