My biggest takeaway from the connection has been that there is always someone looking up. Even if you don’t think it or realise it, there is always someone we can be/will be giving inspiration to/ acting as a role model for. 

It has helped me shift my focus from always feeling concerned I don’t know/do enough, to being more aware of what I do know and do that is valuable and allowing myself to share it with others.
